Description:Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and and arms resting at your sides. Hold dumbbells inboth hands with a tight, firm grip. Engaging your core muscles, begin the movement. Pull your shoulder blades down and back. Make sure that your posture is upright. Make a step forward and walk with dumbbells in both hands. Your head should be up, shoulders back, and core contracted whie exercising.
